SalaryThis is an apprenticeship training program. Selected candidates receive a monthly stipend — not a regular salary. Stipend rates: Graduate Apprentice — ₹12,300 per month. Diploma Apprentice — ₹10,981 per month. ITI Apprentice — ₹10,560 per month. 50% of the stipend is paid by DEAL and 50% by Boat under the DBT scheme. There is no guarantee of permanent employment at DRDO or DEAL after completing the training.
