SalaryPay Level 12 in the 7th CPC pay matrix. Basic pay starts at Rs. 51,550 with grade pay Rs. 10,000. Total in-hand starting salary approximately Rs. 95,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 per month including DA (46%), HRA (24% for Delhi), transport allowance, and other allowances per Delhi Government rules. After 3 to 5 years of service, salary reaches Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 1,80,000. Senior District Judges in Selection Grade (Pay Level 14) can reach Rs. 1,95,000 per month plus government housing, official vehicle with driver, and full family medical coverage.
