Building a training plan

Given the structure, here is where the effort belongs once your written paper is secure.

For running, build an aerobic base of 20 to 30 km a week, then add one weekly interval session of repeated 400 metre efforts at faster than target pace with short recoveries, and one weekly time trial over the full 1.6 km so you know your real number rather than an estimate.

For shot put, work on the glide or standing throw technique first and strength second, and practise with a shot of the correct weight rather than a substitute, since the timing differs.

For high jump, practise the approach run and takeoff, since clearing 4 feet is a technique problem for most candidates rather than a power problem.
