Salary
The starting basic pay is ₹48,480 per month (including 4 advance increments) as per the latest SBI wage revision. In-hand salary works out to approximately ₹80,000–₹85,000 per month depending on city of posting.
Annual CTC at the Mumbai centre is around ₹21.97 lakh.

Stage 3: Group Exercise and Interview
Candidates shortlisted after Mains appear for a Group Exercise and Personal Interview. Final merit is based on Mains (75%) and Group Exercise plus Interview (25%).
